There are many types of roof systems steep slope and low slope also called flat roofs.  We have solutions for replacement and restoration.  Many times restoration is a great solution because it allow you to avoid costly code upgrades and extend the life or your current roof.  Whether your roof is leaking, old or storm damaged we can show you multiple cost effective roof solutions.  We have systems that are FM Global, UL (Underwriter Laboratories), Hail Resistant, Energy Star, Green, Cool Roof Rate, Miami-Dade County and California Title 24 compliant.

These are some of the roof system options we can provide:

Liquid applied roofing systems or COATINGS –  Coatings can be Urethane, Silicone, Acrylic, or a combination of them.  Coating provide a seamless monolithic leak free membrane, is 1/2 or less the cost of other solutions, can be installed in 1/4 the time of a roof replacement, coating offers labor and material warranties up to 30 years and save you 30% or more on your cooling costs.

TPO is Thermoplastic Polyolefin made from polyprophylene and ethylene-propylene rubber polymerized together.  It is reinforced with with glass-fiber mats or scrim.  It is installed either with screws and heat welding the seams at 5 to 10 foot wide intervals or fully adhered with a glue to a board or insulation board on which has been attached to the roof deck.  Warranties range from 10-30 years.

PVC is Polyvinyl Chloride thermoplastic membrane reinforced with polyester or glass-fiber mats or scrim.   It is a single-ply reflective membrane or usually 40-60 millimeters in thickness.  It is installed either with screws and heat welding the seams at 5 to 10 foot wide intervals or fully adhered with a glue to a board or insulation board on which has been attached to the roof deck.  Warranties range from 10-30 years. 

PVC fact: PVC is a solution for restaurants and other facilities that have animal fats on their roofs.

SHINGLES there are multiple types of shingle roof systems: some of the common shingle types are composition, wood, tile, metal, concrete, clay and vinyl.  Shingles systems are practical for steep slope roofs, not low slope roofs.
